Jeffrey Brenner Elected IMA Board President 

New officers and directors announced for 2024-2025 Board


MINNEAPOLIS – Aug. 2, 2024 – The Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) has elected Jeffrey Brenner, CPIM, director, special markets division and military, Seiko Watch of America, LLC, as its 2024-2025 board president, and announced new officers and directors. 

Brenner has been in the incentive, recognition, loyalty and gift industry for over 25 years. Prior to Seiko Watch of America, he led these channels for notable organizations Steuben Glass, Hartmann Luggage, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s. An IMA member for 10 years, Brenner has been an active association volunteer and public speaker. He is a past President of Incentive Merchandise To Reward & Appreciate (IMRA), has chaired the 2024 IMA Summit, and served on or chaired various IMRA and IMA committees.  

Brenner said “Sharing knowledge and speaking with a global voice, now 30 countries strong, is a tremendous benefit to our IMA members and the businesses that rely on them to help improve performance. Through our new research and related knowledge-sharing initiatives, the IMA is well-prepared to fuel the knowledge pipeline to help our members grow and to demonstrate the value of IMA’s global network in creating and sourcing highly successful incentive, reward and recognition programs.”   

The IMA also elected Brian Dodds, CRP, IP, Dash Solutions, executive vice president; Jen Brumley, Fiserv, vice president; Oran Nevin, Workhuman, treasurer; and Hollis Thornton, CPIM, Totus Gift Card Management, LLC; secretary. Jim Atten, The Wolfe Companies, serves as past president.  

Newly elected board directors are Kendyl Blanke, Card Compliant, LLC; Karen Gray, CRP, PMP, O.C. Tanner; Grace Hanrehan, Alliance Marketing, Inc.; and Armineh Sarkissian, Applebee’s; Lincoln Smith, IP, Lincoln Smith Advisers.
