IMA invites you to acknowledge the extraordinary efforts of your fellow IMA colleagues by recognizing them with a Shining Star Award.

Just click on the appropriate link below to salute a fellow IMA member for a job-well-done. Simply select the appropriate award, enter the recipient’s name, and compose a brief note telling them why you are recognizing them. They will receive a customized email from IMA’s President acknowledging your nomination and thanking them for their efforts. They will also receive a call-out in IMA’s FastTake, our monthly e-newsletter. And all Shining Star Award recipients will be recognized at IMA’s Annual Executive Summit.

Susan Adams, Dittman Incentive Marketing Corp., for being awarded IMA's Shining Star Award for Outstanding Performance. As a leader in IMA's Recognition Council, Susan oversaw the development of the Recognition Council's web site (www.recognitioncouncil.org) and has led the charge in developing multiple resources on using recognition to engage employees and advance business.
Jay Donlin, Newton MFG, for receiving a Shining Star- Spirit Award. Jay has enthusiastically led the membership recruitment efforts for the Recognition Council and helped the Council position its members as experts in the recognition field.
Pete Mitchell, Samsonite, for earning the Shining Star - Outstanding Performance Award, for his continued and generous contribution of creativity, time and effort to advance IMRA, IMA, and the industry. Most recently, Pete led IMRA's Strategic Planning efforts.
