The Incentive Marketing Association’s (IMA) Annual Executive Summit on Aug. 1-3, 2010 will deliver strategies and tactics that can be immediately applied to help industry professionals succeed in the new economy. “Business Improvement Starts Here” is the theme of this year’s Summit, and according to IMA Summit Chair Barbara Hendrickson, this year’s conference is focusing on essential education and networking opportunities. “We’ve assembled a dynamic team of business experts who will deliver pragmatic education about selling and marketing,” she said.   (April 2010)
 

Incentive Marketing Association Announces New Social Responsibility Award
The Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) is expanding its Circle of Excellence Awards program to include a new Social Responsibility Award. “This new award will recognize incentive suppliers that have gone above and beyond in their efforts to expand the commitment of the entire incentive industry to social responsibility and to increase the participation of the incentive supply chain in social responsibility,” explained Karen Renk, CAE, executive director for the IMA.   (April 2010)

The Hosted Buyer Program will be expanded to include many of the industry’s leading trade associations and media companies for the 2010 Motivation Show, which meets from Tuesday, October 12, through Thursday, October 14, in Chicago’s McCormick West.  (April 28, 2010)
