  Principles Curriculum and Seminar

The Seminar

If you are interested in a scientific, systematic and measurable approach to incentive program design, this course has been designed for you. Based on the latest research on incentive programs and people performance management and measurement, this curriculum is relevant for incentive suppliers and managers at corporations, organizations, or agencies that serve them, who are responsible for specifying, designing, or implementing incentive programs as a means of improving performance.

The course utilizes a comprehensive case study on a fictitious company created to demonstrate the purest application of incentive design theory to a typical business setting. Four distinct programs will be addressed:

  • Sales Force Campaigns
  • Operations and Customer Service Programs
  • Channel Partner Strategies
  • Consumer Incentive Programs

The seminar will focus on measuring and tracking each program’s Return-On-Investment.

CPIM candidates are encouraged to take this course. Mastery of the information detailed in the Principles manual is recommended prior to taking the CPIM exam.
